Peel the skin of the apples, remove the cores, and cut the apples into little pieces.

2

Add the cut apples to a pan, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and pour the apple juice over them.

3

Add a cinnamon stick, bring all ingredients to a boil, cover, and let them cook for 10-15 minutes until soft.

Remove the cinnamon stick and use a blender to puree the apples until smooth. Set aside to cool.

5

Cut the garlic into slices and cut the onion into fine rings. Dust the flour over it and mix well.

6

Cut the pastırma into little pieces.

7

Peel the skin off the potatoes and cut them into little cubes.

8

Add water and 1 tablespoon of bouillon powder to a large pot, add the cut potatoes, and bring to a boil.

9

Melt the butter in a pan and add the onions. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

11

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, adding it to the pot with potatoes once they are partially cooked.
