1

Chop half a bell pepper, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 3 tomatoes, 4-5 green chilies, and half an onion.

2

Add these chopped ingredients into a grinder.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the grinder (optional).

4

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

5

Add half a cup of vegetable oil to the mixture and blend to form a paste.

6

Cut 800 grams of chicken into julienne strips and wash it.

7

Marinate the chicken with the prepared paste for at least half an hour to one hour.

8

Heat a pan and add the marinated chicken, cooking it on medium to high flame without covering it.

9

Once the chicken is cooked and the gravy is dry, add a smoky flavor using coal (optional).

10

Prepare the bread by cutting it in half to make two pieces from each round bread.

11

Add the cooked chicken and fries to the center of the bread and roll it up.

12

Place the rolls on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

13

Top the rolls with 2 tablespoons of leftover marinade and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

14

Bake the rolls for 10 minutes until golden brown, or pan-fry them if you don't have an oven.
