Bloom gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and set aside.
Whip 1 pack of Nestle all-purpose cream until doubled in volume.
Combine whipped cream with custard until fluffy and light.
Assemble the dish by adding a layer of cream mixture as a base.
Soak lady fingers in fruit syrup briefly before layering them in the dish.
Add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the soaked lady fingers.
Arrange fruit cocktail over the cream layer, pressing down to flatten.
Heat half of the fruit syrup and dissolve the bloomed gelatin in it.
Cool the syrup and gelatin mixture before adding it as a glaze on top of the assembled layers.
Refrigerate to chill before serving.
