Mix dry yeast and sugar with lukewarm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix egg, sour cream, vinegar, and vegetable oil.
Add the sour cream mixture to the flour mixture and mix until it comes together.
Change to the hook attachment and mix until combined.
Form the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Prepare the filling by combining melted butter, sifted flour, sugar, and vanilla in a stand mixer until crumbly.
Split the dough into four pieces and roll into balls.
Flatten one ball of dough, place half of the filling in the center, and fold over to cover.
Pinch the edges to seal and place on a baking tray.
Mix egg yolks and yogurt to create a glaze.
Prick the tops of the dough and brush with egg wash before baking.
Bake until golden brown.
