Mix flour and butter until well combined.
In a separate bowl, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda into sour cream and stir well.
Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add the sour cream mixture.
Crack eggs on top of the sour cream and knead until the dough becomes soft and well mixed.
Divide the dough into three equal balls and cover with plastic wrap, leaving in the fridge for one hour.
Prepare the filling by mixing flour, sugar, clarified butter (or unsalted butter), and vanilla extract until crumbly.
Flatten one ball of dough into a round shape, add one third of the filling in the middle, and bring the edges together.
Use a rolling pin to spread the dough to about 2 centimeters thick.
Pierce the dough with a fork, apply egg wash, and create a design of your choice.
Place in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
