Bulgarian pepper - 600 g
sugar - 1 tbsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
table vinegar 9% - 30 ml
dill - 2-3 branches
garlic - 2-3 cloves
allspice - 3-5 pieces
bay leaf - 1-2 pieces
cherry leaves - 1-2 pieces
dry mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.

First of all, wash the cherry leaves, fresh herbs, red peppers in cold water. Shake and dry on a towel. In parallel, sterilize jars and lids in a water bath, microwave or oven.

Cut clean peppers and remove soft partitions, seeds, places of stalk growth - wide plates are divided by short bars or other convenient way.

At the bottom of a sterile container, first lower the natural flavors: cherry and bay leaves, allspice peas, grainy mustard, garlic, rolled up a ring of dill branches.

We ram a little, but we don't break, we load vegetable cutting - we fill to the very edge.

Pour boiling water on top, throw (without sealing) the lid - steam for 8-10 minutes.

Pour the liquid into the pan, do not touch the vegetables with spices and herbs - leave in a jar.

Boil water that has not yet cooled down together with salt and sugar, dissolve the crystals. We try, if necessary we increase norm of salt-sugar. Re-pour the sweet pepper in a jar, immediately add table vinegar.

Cap, wrap in a blanket and cool.
