1

Break the spaghetali noodles into two halves and set aside.

2

In a pot, add 2 liters of water and 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring it to a boil.

3

Once boiling, add the noodles and mix well to prevent sticking. Cook for 10-12 minutes until done.

4

Drain the noodles and rinse with room temperature water, adding 2 tablespoons of oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

5

For marinating the chicken, take 250 grams of chicken and cut it into long strips.

6

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of corn flour to the chicken. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

7

In a pan, heat oil over low heat and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown, stirring occasionally to keep the pieces separate due to the egg in the marinade.

8

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic. Sauté until light golden.

9

Add the white part of the green onion and sauté until soft.

10

Add 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper, 1/2 cup of chopped carrot, and 1 cup of chopped cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat without overcooking.

11

Add the boiled noodles to the vegetables in the pan along with 3 tablespoons of chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1/4 cup of chili garlic sauce. Mix well.

12

Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

13

Finally, add the fried chicken to the noodle and vegetable mixture and mix again. Keep the flame low to keep the chow mein warm.
