3 chicken breasts

Cut 3 chicken breasts into pieces and place them in a pot of water.

Add a little bit of salt and 2 chicken bouillon cubes to the water and let it boil.

While the chicken is boiling, cut red, orange, and yellow bell peppers into small pieces.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.

In a pan, add olive oil and the chopped bell peppers and onions, and sauté them.

Add the shredded chicken back into the pan with a little bit of the cooking water to keep it moist.

Season with salt, adobo, tomato concentrate powder, and black pepper, and stir to combine.

Add a bit more water, tomato sauce, mustard, soy sauce, and 2 more chicken bouillon cubes, and stir everything together.

Add chopped cilantro and cover the pan to let it cook.

Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a baking dish.

Add provolone cheese and a bit of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.

Layer the chicken mixture on top of the cheese.

Add more cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for around 15 minutes.

Once baked, brush melted butter on top of the sliders.
