1 carrot
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup olive oil

Marinate the salmon with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil for about 5 minutes.

Cook couscous according to package instructions: for every 1 cup of couscous, use 1 cup of boiling water. Here, use 1/2 cup couscous with 1/2 cup boiling water and add a bit of salt.
