1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp of rice wine
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
2 beaten eggs
2 cups of cooked rice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/3 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1/2 cup of diced frozen carrot
1/2 cup of frozen green peas
1/4 cup of chopped green spring onions
