Soak 1 cup of white beans overnight.

Add less than 1/2 tea cup of sunflower oil to a pressure cooker.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden.

Add 200 grams of diced beef and continue to sauté for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well.

Add the soaked white beans and stir gently without mashing.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, then mix again.

Pour in 800 ml (4 cups) of water and stir well.

Close the pressure cooker lid and bring to a boil.

Once it reaches a boil and the indicator shows double lines, reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, release the pressure and open the lid.

Serve the dish with rice pilaf, yogurt, and pickles.
