Wash the vegetables: onions, carrots, parsnips, celery, and cut the peppers in half.
Prepare the chicken by washing it under water and segmenting the thighs and wings.
Place 2-3 liters of water to boil.
Once the water has boiled, add the chicken, salt, and pepper.
After the chicken boils, check if the meat comes off the bone easily; if so, take it out and save the chicken broth for other recipes.
Place another 3-4 liters of water to boil.
Once this reaches boiling point, add all the vegetables along with the bay leaves and pepper.
Put back the chicken into the pot.
After the vegetables become soft, take them out.
Cut the chicken and carrots into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the sour cream and 4 eggs, and mix them with a whisk.
Gradually incorporate the sour cream mixture into the soup until it becomes thin.
Mix everything together, then add the small pieces of chicken and carrots, along with vinegar, mashed garlic, and salt.
