Combine half kilogram of minced meat, half cup of chopped parsley, 75 g of finely chopped onion, half teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into sausage rolls.

Take a piece of pork caul fat and lay it on a chopping board.

Roll the sausage mixture in the caul fat, cutting off excess as needed.

Repeat the rolling process for each sausage roll.

Grill the wrapped sausages until cooked through.
