Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add olive oil and the yeast mixture to the flour mixture; combine until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
In a separate bowl, mix halloumi, feta, parsley, mint, black pepper, and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into circles about 1/4 inch thick.
Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
