400 g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

500 g anari
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix 400 g flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and melted butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Make a well in the center and add water, mixing until the dough is not sticky.

Knead the dough for a couple of minutes into a nice ball, cover with plastic, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Crush 500 g anari and mix it with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Roll out the rested dough thinly, cut into circles, and fill with the cheese mixture.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges to form dumplings.

Heat oil to 180°C and fry the dumplings until golden brown, flipping them as needed.

Remove from oil and let cool, then sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and drizzle with honey.
