Prepare the ravioli dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Grate the halloumi cheese and combine with chopped mint in a bowl.
Add black pepper, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg to the cheese mixture.
Roll out the ravioli dough on a floured surface until thin.
Cut the dough into squares or circles, about 3 inches in diameter.
Place a spoonful of the halloumi mixture in the center of each dough piece.
Moisten the edges of the dough with water and fold over to seal the ravioli.
Press the edges firmly to ensure they are well sealed.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Carefully drop the ravioli into the boiling water and cook until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Drain the ravioli and add them to the pan with the garlic oil.
Toss gently to coat and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with additional mint and chili flakes.
