1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

2

Prepare a mini muffin pan by placing each egg large side down in the muffin pan.

3

Use an egg cracker to create a circular perforation in the top of each egg to extract the yolk and white.

4

Gently shake the egg to release the yolk and white into a bowl, being careful to keep the eggshell bottoms intact.

5

Place the empty eggshells back into the muffin pan after extracting the contents.

6

Add salt, chicken bouillon powder, mushroom seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, sweet soy sauce, and Golden Mountain seasoning sauce to the bowl with the egg mixture.

7

Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture for about three minutes until well combined and frothy.

8

Remove the froth from the top of the mixture and mix by hand.

9

Pour the egg mixture into a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring back into the eggshells.

10

Fill each eggshell all the way to the top with the egg mixture and place back in the muffin pan.

11

Bake on the center rack for one hour at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

12

After one hour, raise the temperature to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes.

13

Allow the eggs to cool completely before peeling them.

14

Once cooled, peel the eggshells off gently; they should peel easily compared to traditional boiled eggs.

15

Slice the baked eggs as desired, either long ways or in coins, and serve with dipping sauce.
