1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp sugar
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 tbsp spring onion greens
½ cup baby corn (boiled)
½ cup broccoli (blanched)
½ cup mushroom (quarters)
300 ml water
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water (for corn starch)
1 tsp green chilly sauce

Heat oil in a wok, add spring onions and garlic, sauté on medium flame for a minute.
