1

Chop 1/2 onion and set aside.

2

Chop 1/2 bell pepper and set aside.

3

In a large bowl, crack 1 egg and whisk it well.

4

Add 1.5 containers of ricotta cheese to the egg and stir until smooth.

5

Add a handful of mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons parsley, and 1 teaspoon complete seasoning to the ricotta mixture and mix well.

6

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

7

Add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until translucent.

8

Add the shrimp and scallops (with tails on) to the skillet.

9

Season with 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning, and 1/8 teaspoon celery seed; mix well.

10

Cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque, then remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes.

11

Roughly chop the shrimp and scallops and mix them back with the bell peppers and onions.

12

In the same skillet, make the alfredo sauce by melting 2 ounces of butter and adding 4 tablespoons of flour; mix together.

13

Gradually add 4 cups of heavy cream to the flour mixture, stirring until smooth.

14

Add 2 handfuls of parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until fully dissolved.

15

Add 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, cajun seasoning, and parsley, along with 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning; mix well.

16

Add 1/4 cup of cooking wine (optional) to the sauce and mix until combined.

17

To assemble the lasagna, add a layer of alfredo sauce to the bottom of the baking pan.

18

Layer lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

19

Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles.

20

Add a layer of the shrimp and scallops mixture, followed by a layer of crab meat.

21

Spread a layer of alfredo sauce over the crab meat.

22

Add a layer of cheese using a handful of mozzarella and a handful of the cheddar and colby mix.

23

Repeat the layering process with another layer of noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp and scallops, crab meat, alfredo sauce, and cheese.

24

Top the final layer with remaining lasagna noodles and alfredo sauce.

25

Sprinkle a handful of the colby and cheddar cheese mix and a handful of parmesan cheese on top, garnishing with parsley.

26

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

27

Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.

28

Broil for 2-5 minutes to achieve a golden color on top.

29
