500 g of elbow macaroni pasta
450 g of ground beef
1 chopped onion
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoons of ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of spanish paprika
2 pcs of large hotdogs, sliced
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 can of button mushrooms
1 can of whole peeled tomatoes (or 800 ml of tomato/spaghetti sauce)
1 beef cube
300 ml water
1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of butter
250 ml of all purpose cream
100 g of grated cheese
salt and pepper
parsley flakes (optional)
