1 kg of ribs

Preheat your oven to 300F.

Mix the Adobo Sauce all together in a cup.

Remove the back membrane from the pork ribs. Cut the ribs into 3 pieces and place into a baking dish.

Pour the adobo sauce all over the ribs and coat the front, back, and sides of the ribs.

Place the ribs meat down to soak all the adobo sauce while cooking. Cover with foil and put it in the oven.

Bake for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours, remove the foil, and flip the ribs over. Put back in the oven.

For the next 30 minutes, pour adobo sauce over the ribs every 10 minutes to soak in all the marinate.

After 30 minutes, cut into individual ribs, and pour more sauce over the ribs. Sprinkle some green onions for a garnish.
