Add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the jaggery in the pan.

Mix well and keep the flame low.

Add 3 tablespoons of water to the jaggery and ghee mixture.

Check the consistency of the jaggery syrup by dropping it in cold water to see if it hardens.

Continue cooking the syrup until it changes color and becomes a hard consistency.

Once the syrup is ready, add the roasted puffed rice to the syrup and mix thoroughly.

Grease a rolling pin and a flat surface with oil.

Spread the mixture onto the greased surface and roll it out while still warm.

Cut into desired shapes while it is still warm and allow to cool completely before storing.
