Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cups egg noodles

1/3 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon oil
canned tuna packed in water
dried onion
garlic powder
parsley flakes
red pepper flakes
coconut oil

Boil water in a pot.

Add 2 cups of egg noodles to the boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.

Check the tenderness of the carrots and then add fresh frozen peas and mushrooms to the pot.

Prepare 2/3 cup of powdered milk in a yogurt cup.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of oil to a separate pot to make roux.

After 8 minutes, drain the egg noodles in a colander and turn off the heat.

Pour in about half of the milk into the roux pot and add a little bit of roux to thicken the sauce.

Add the rest of the milk and adjust the thickness to taste, adding salt if desired.

Pour the sauce over the drained egg noodles in the pan.

Add canned tuna, fresh carrots, fresh frozen peas, mushrooms, dried onion, garlic powder, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes, and coconut oil to the noodles and sauce.
