2 cans tuna (5 ounces each)
8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
8 ounces potatoes or button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup frozen green peas
1/4 cup real butter
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper until softened.
