Tuna Noodle Casserole

3-4 cloves garlic
1.5 cups onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans solid white albacore tuna
4 ounces cream cheese
parmesan cheese
black pepper
garlic powder
a few cups milk
butter
1 pound homemade egg noodles
cheddar cheese
4 slices provolone cheese
Tim's Cascade Style Cheddar and Sour Cream Potato Chips

Saute 3-4 chopped cloves of garlic in olive oil.

Add 1.5 cups of onions and continue to saute.

Stir in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.

Add 2 cans of solid white albacore tuna.

Mix in 4 ounces of cream cheese, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour in a few cups of milk and butter, then let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil 1 pound of homemade egg noodles until al dente.

Remove the noodles from the stove and add them to the mixture.

Dump the mixture into a 2.5 quart Corning Ware container.

Top with a little cheddar cheese and 4 slices of provolone cheese.

Crumble a few handfuls of Tim's Cascade Style Cheddar and Sour Cream Potato Chips on top.

Cover the Corning Ware and place it in a 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove the lid during the last few minutes of cooking to brown the top.
