Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cans cream of broccoli soup
2 cups shredded cheese (sharp)
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons dried onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 can wild Planet tuna (not drained)
crushed potato chips or butter crackers for topping
Pam cooking spray
egg noodles (for boiling)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, combine 2 cans of cream of broccoli soup, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of dried onions. Stir to mix.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 7 minutes, then drain.

Add the cooked noodles to the soup mixture in the bowl.

Add 1 can of wild Planet tuna (not drained), 2 cups of shredded cheese, 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, and salt and pepper to taste to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Spray a 9x13 baking pan with Pam cooking spray.

Transfer the mixture from the bowl into the prepared baking pan.

Top the casserole with crushed potato chips or crushed butter crackers and a little bit of melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
