Tuna Noodle Casserole

1.5 bags egg noodles (8 oz each)
yellow American cheese
mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
1 sweet Vidalia onion
evaporated milk
2.5 cans cream of mushroom soup
garlic powder
black pepper

Chop the sweet Vidalia onion into medium pieces.

Add 1.5 bags of egg noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente.

In a bowl, combine the mixed vegetables (frozen is fine) and chopped onion.

Add 2.5 cans of cream of mushroom soup to the vegetable mixture.
