Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 pound egg noodles
3 cans (12 oz each) tuna packed in oil
1.5 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion
frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
butter
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
potato chips or crackers (for topping)
white American cheese

Boil water and add salt to it.

Cook the egg noodles for 7 to 11 minutes until al dente, then drain.

In a bowl, add the cream of chicken soup.

Thin the cream soup with 1.5 cups of milk until desired consistency is reached.

Add the drained egg noodles to the bowl with the thinned cream soup.

Add 3 cans of tuna packed in oil to the mixture.

Season with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to taste.

Chop half of a small onion and add it to the mixture.

Add thawed frozen mixed vegetables to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x12 aluminum baking pan.

Cover the pan with foil and bake until the onions are cooked and the vegetables are warmed through.

After baking, remove the foil and top with crushed potato chips or crackers.
