Butcher the chicken into pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Pour 75 milliliters of sunflower oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add the chicken pieces to the saucepan and lightly fry until golden brown.
Remove the lightly fried chicken from the saucepan and place it on a plate.
Add the chopped onion to the saucepan and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Once the onions are fried, add the ground sweet red pepper and mix.
Add the flour to the saucepan and carefully mix it in.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Return the chicken to the saucepan, add salt to taste, and add the spicy pepper.
Boil the sauce for 20 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle the Yakhnia with chopped parsley and boil for another half minute under a closed lid.
