6 pieces Hilsha Fish (1.5 kg)
6 tsp Curd
3 tsp Onion Paste
2 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
30 ml Refined Oil
Salt to Taste
2 ea Onion
100 ml Refined Oil
500 g Rice
Add Green Chilli
1 Ltr Water
Salt to Taste

Marinate Hilsha fish with curd, onion paste, garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and salt.

Heat refined oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish pieces until golden brown.

Remove the fish and set aside.

In the same oil, add sliced onions and sauté until golden.

Add the rice and fry for a few minutes until slightly translucent.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the fried fish and green chillies.

Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and water is absorbed.
