Pressure cook for 35 minutes.

Remove the pork belly and bay leaves from the Ninja Foodie.

Spray a strainer with cooking spray.

Crisp the pork belly using the air crisp function.

Set the air crisp temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, check that the pork is thoroughly cooked with no pink visible.

Slice the pork belly and serve.
