1 pound salmon
1/2 stick salted butter
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
fresh rosemary
fresh thyme
fresh dill

Melt 1/2 stick of salted butter in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic to the butter and mix well.

Pluck fresh rosemary and thyme from sprigs and add to the butter mixture along with fresh dill.

Mix the herbs into the butter until well combined and set aside.

Take a piece of heavy-duty foil and place a 1 pound piece of salmon on it.

Season the salmon with salt, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper to taste.

Add fresh green beans to the foil and season them with the same seasonings.

Spread about half of the butter mixture over the salmon and green beans.

Add more fresh herbs on top of the salmon and squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything.

Wrap the foil tightly around the salmon and veggies to seal it.

Prepare another piece of salmon (also 1 pound) and place it on a new piece of foil.

Add broccolini to the second salmon and season it the same way as the first.

Spread the remaining butter mixture over the second salmon and broccolini.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the second salmon.

Wrap the second salmon tightly in foil.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place both foil packets in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, open the foil packets and turn the vegetables.

Close the packets and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

At the 15-minute mark, open the top of the salmon to check for browning.

If needed, broil on low for 1 minute to develop color on the salmon.
