1 whole salmon filet
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
freshly chopped parsley

Run fingers over the salmon to check for bones and remove any that are found.

Lay the salmon in a shallow dish (9x13 pan) for marinating.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice. Whisk together.
