1 tbsp butter
1 large tomato
4-5 medium potatoes
1.5-2 liters hot water

Chop 1 medium onion into small pieces.

Pour 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter into a medium-sized saucepan.

Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Add chopped celery, carrots, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the saucepan.

Cut 1 large tomato into small cubes and add to the saucepan (or substitute with 1 tbsp tomato paste).
