Wash the potatoes with cold water and a little lemon juice.
Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork to release steam.
Rub the potatoes with vegetable oil, covering all sides.
Season the skin of the potatoes with salt and black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place the potatoes in for about 1 hour.
Season the ribeye steak with Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and sea salt on both sides.
Let the steak sit for about 10 minutes to allow the seasonings to absorb.
Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little vegetable oil and about 1 tablespoon of butter.
Chop a small amount of Vidalia onion and prepare to sauté it later with the steak.
Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned ribeye steaks and listen for the sizzle.
Prepare the broccoli by adding a little water to a pan, then add the frozen broccoli florets, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Cook the broccoli until just tender, avoiding overcooking to prevent mushiness.
Dress the baked potatoes by cutting them open and adding toppings as desired.
