2 Tbsp Rice Flour
1 Egg
1 Tsp Salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp Coriander leaves paste
1 Tsp Red chili powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
Water (as needed)
Oil (to deep fry)

Firstly, half boil all sliced cauliflower; it will take just 2-3 minutes.

Drain Cauliflower from water.

Take a bowl, mix all ingredients one by one like Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Egg, Coriander Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and Water. Mix water, as you need like a thick batter.

Now pour cauliflower one after one to the batter and then fry it in oil. Oil will be on medium heat. Fry in this process all cauliflower and turn to make it brown color.
