1

Weigh out 185 g of plant milk and 50 g of oil.

2

Mix the plant milk and oil together.

3

Weigh out 300 g of plain white flour and add a little bit of salt.

4

Slowly add the milk and oil mixture to the flour to form a dough.

5

If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour and knead it until smooth.

6

Cover the dough in oil and let it rest for at least half an hour.

7

Slice 1/4 of a cabbage finely and mix with chili and garlic.

8

Heat a frying pan and add the cabbage mixture, covering it to sweat it down.

9

Knead the rested dough again until smooth, then divide it into six pieces.

10

Roll each piece into a ball and roll out into flatbreads about a couple of centimeters thick.

11

Cook the flatbreads in a hot frying pan with a little oil, flipping when bubbles form.

12

For the omelette, crack 2 eggs into a nonstick pan and let it cook, adding the flatbread on top to heat it up.

13

Add avocado or tomato to the center of the flatbread and roll it up.
