Cut 2 potatoes into chip-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add the cut potatoes on low heat, cooking until softened.

Add the cut sausages, 2-3 spoons of each ingredient (potatoes, tomatoes, onions, green pepper) to the eggs and mix well.

Let the egg cook until it starts to set, then flip to cook the other side slightly.

Prepare a chapati and place the cooked egg mixture on top, allowing it to stick together.
