Boil water in a pot.

Turn off the heat after the water is boiling for three seconds.

Add semolina to the boiling water.

Mix the semolina into the water to remove lumps.

Put the pot back on low heat to cook the mixture.

Keep folding and mixing the mixture for 10-20 minutes to achieve the right consistency.

Shape the mixture into a ball, but struggle with achieving the right cylindrical shape.
