Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in groundnuts and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add the sautéed mixture to the pot with matooke.
Season with salt to taste.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors meld.
