1 whole fresh Snapper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 onion
1 cup tomatoes (diced)
1 cup bell peppers (diced)
1 cucumber (sliced)
2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons butter

Season the meat side of the Snapper with Zoo seasoning.

Preheat the grill to 350°F.

Place aluminum foil on the grill and spray with Pam spray to prevent sticking.

Place the Snapper skin side down on the foil.

Cook the Snapper for about 10-15 minutes depending on the size.

After 10 minutes, flip the Snapper and slowly remove the skin.
