Traditionally enjoyed during family gatherings and celebrations, it showcases the fresh catch of the day, often seasoned with local herbs and spices. Today, this dish has gained popularity in coastal regions worldwide, celebrated for its simplicity and vibrant flavors.

SCSCmain
4 servings
Servings4
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 cup fresh peas
2 leeks
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup thyme
1/4 cup basil
1 whole sea bream (about 2-3 lbs)
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 seasoning cubes
1 tablespoon fish seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Blend garlic, onion, fresh peas, leeks, parsley, thyme, and basil until smooth to create the marinade.

2

Use about 5 to 6 tablespoons of the marinade for the fish and save some for later.

3

Season the fish with seasoning salt, black pepper, 2 seasoning cubes, fish seasoning, paprika, and all-purpose seasoning.

4

Add cooking oil to the seasoning mixture and combine well.

5

Score the fish and marinate it with the mixture.

6

Let the fish rest for at least 1 hour or overnight; the creator marinated it for about 2 hours.

7

Transfer the marinated fish onto a grilling pan or baking pan, creating a barrier to prevent sticking.

8

Sprinkle cooking oil on the fish before placing it in the oven.

9

Grill the fish in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.

10

After 10 minutes, flip the fish and apply the cooked marinade (which was cooked on medium heat for 5 minutes or microwaved for 5 minutes).

11

Grill the fish again at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for another 10 minutes, checking for a golden brown color.

12

Serve the fish hot, accompanied by baked fries and mixed veggies with red wine vinegar and black pepper.
