500 grams fish
1/4 cup vinegar
water
salt
lemon juice
garlic paste
red chili powder
Kashmiri red chili powder
coriander powder
cumin powder
turmeric powder
homemade garam masala
carom seeds

Take 500 grams of fish.

Add 1/4 cup vinegar and some water to a bowl.

Add salt and mix well.

Let it marinate for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add lemon juice, garlic paste, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, homemade garam masala, carom seeds, and a little food color.

Mix all the ingredients well.

After 8 minutes, wash the fish in the vinegar water.

After washing, apply the spice mixture on the fish.

Let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Grill the fish on both sides until cooked.

Apply a little oil while grilling.

You can also cook it in a pan if that's easier.
