3 cloves garlic
2 scallions
1 medium onion

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pimento seed
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes

Start by seasoning basa fish fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
