2 cups water (to pressure cook chana)
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumins
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp ginger (sliced)
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1 large tomato (puree)
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
fresh coriander (for garnishing)
1/2 tbsp kasoori methi (optional)
1 cup water (to cook gravy)
