Mince and cook half of a medium-sized onion in a large non-stick pan with a little butter until browned.
Mix the browned onions with beef and turkey, adding cream and bread crumbs.
Season the mixture with allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
Cook the meatballs in a pan over medium heat with butter, in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Prepare the sauce by heating a large pan over medium heat, adding butter, cream, beef broth, and soy sauce, whisking to combine.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, adding cornstarch if needed to thicken.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer together.
Serve with a side of cranberry sauce.
