1 medium or large purple onion, chopped
4 green chili peppers, chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
salt to taste
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fried cumin powder
1 packet or 1/4 cup kabab spice
3 to 4 cloves
3 to 4 cardamom pods
1/4 tsp or 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
fresh chopped mint leaves
fresh chopped cilantro
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp cornstarch
Naan roti
cucumber, cut into long pieces
tomato

hot sauce
white sauce or ranch

Start by making the chicken keema using fresh chicken in a food processor.

Chop 1 medium or large purple onion and add it to the bowl.

Chop 4 green chili peppers and add them as well.

Add 2 tsp garlic paste and 2 tsp ginger paste to the mixture.

Season with salt to taste.

Add 1 tbsp cayenne pepper and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Add 1 tsp fried cumin powder, which was blended beforehand.

Add 1 packet or 1/4 cup of kabab spice.

Grind 3 to 4 cloves, 3 to 4 cardamom pods, and some cinnamon to make a powder and add it to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 4 tsp cornstarch to the mixture.

Shape the mixture into Seekh Kababs without using sticks, making them longer or shorter as desired.

Preheat a nonstick smokeless grill for cooking the kababs indoors without smoke.

Grill the kababs on the grill until they have nice grill marks.

Prepare Naan roti for serving the kababs.

Place 1 or 2 kababs onto the Naan roti.

Add cucumber strips and any other desired toppings such as ranch or hot sauce.
