Start by cooking 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.

While the beef is cooking, prepare 3 small baked potatoes by piercing them with a knife.

Microwave the potatoes for a total of 12 minutes, checking for doneness after about 6-8 minutes.

Once the ground beef is browned, drain excess grease from it.

Add 2 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning to the beef.
