Prepare the fries by cutting the potatoes into desired shapes and coating them with 1CS of Maïzena, 1/2CC of Poivre, and 1/2CC of Ail en Poudre before cooking.

Cook the fries until golden and crispy.

In a pan, sauté the 1 Oignon until translucent.

Add 240gr of Haché Végétal, 60gr of Noix de Cajou, and 80gr of Petits Pois to the pan and cook until heated through.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 15cl of Crème de Riz, 1CS of Levure Diététique, 1/2CC of Cumin, 1/2CC of Ail en Poudre, 1/4CC of Fleur de Sel, and 1/2C of Maïzena until smooth.

Assemble the tacos by placing the filling inside the 4 Galettes and drizzling with the sauce.
