Chop 2 medium-sized onions and 2 medium-sized tomatoes finely, removing the seeds from the tomatoes.
Finely chop 1/2 of a bell pepper and some cabbage.
Add 1 tablespoon crushed red chili, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and some crushed garlic without water to the mixture.
Add a little salt to the mixture.
Add 1 small bowl of mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the mixture and mix well.
Ensure the mixture is not too dry; if it is, add a little more mayonnaise.
Take a bread slice and roll it out with a rolling pin, pressing the edges down to flatten it.
Place another rolled-out bread slice on top of the first one, overlapping slightly.
Prepare a plastic wrap by cutting it and placing it underneath the bread slices.
Spoon about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the stuffing mixture onto the center of the bread slices, adjusting the amount based on the size of the bread.
Carefully roll the bread with the stuffing using the plastic wrap, ensuring not to include the wrap in the roll.
Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the roll and set it aside.
Repeat the rolling process for the remaining bread slices and stuffing mixture.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the bread rolls into the oil.
Fry the rolls until they turn golden brown, flipping them occasionally for even cooking.
Remove the golden brown bread rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
